Muraqabah/Meditation Workshop Lecture Notes

A`udhu billahi min ash-shaytaan ir-rajeem

Bismillahi 'r-Rahmani 'r-Raheem

They are the perfected Guides.  I am not a Shaykh.  Only learning and trying our best to be nothing.  Saints help us to the process of dying.  These great Awliyas of the highest level work closely with ‘Malak-ul-Mawt’ (Angel of Death).  Death is not scary.  But run toward it.  Tariqa exists to assist in the process of waiting so that we can return back.  We come from heavens.  What is so fearful? Death comes all of sudden and you did not prepare.  But Tariqa prepares you.  When you really believe you are going to die, you get your grave.  You have to ask yourself.  If I am going today, what have I prepared and done. 

The biggest problem today is depression and anxiety.  We are only busy with our physicality.  When we believe this life is temporary and nothing.  We are only dust under the feet of our Shaykh.  Then they begin to open for you.  You have to act upon it.  Really believe then your desires go down.  If your desires are down, your soul can move.  Like the bird in a cage ‘Safina tun Nijjat’.  Your satellite begins to pick the signal and bring the energy to you.  This helps to control the bad desires.

Each Prophet (peace be upon them) coming and teaching us how to build ourselves.  Sayedina Adam (as) coming and teaching us you are a noble creation.

Surah Rahman: Has taught (you mankind) the Qur'ân (by His Mercy).  He created man (55:2-3).
Allah (swt) is saying: I taught you the Quran.  Then I created creation.  The soul has been taught everything.  In Tariqa Naqshbandiya, Naqshband is the reality of a CD.  Everything has been taught on to your soul ‘Ulum ul Awaleen wal Akhirin’ (knowledge of the before and after).  How do you read a CD?  It is done with a light.  Who’s more powerful? Mitsubishi or Mawlana (Q).  You believe in only what you can touch.  He holds the secret of light to bring your reality.  He (Sultan ul Awliya) is the guardian and he has that frequency.  Connect with him to be dressed with light so you can begin to read what has already been burned on to you.

Hell is a firewall.  Every false has to be burned before entering.  Muraqabah is to keep vigilant on our Master.  Give your attention because they are watching.  Every clearance they are checking.  Do not put any value on your ‘salah’ (prayer); it does not count for anything.  Every action is based on intention.  Everything in our life there is servant hood.  In the presence of Sultan we are only Ghulams (servants).

Ati` Allah wa ati` ar-rasula wa uli 'l-amri minkum (4:59)

Obey Allah, Obey Prophet (saws) and those in authority.

You can not be ‘AbdAllah’ (servant of Allah).  You are lucky Awliya Allah are accepting you.  We are reaching to be ‘AbdRasul’ (servant of Prophet (saws)).  You have to declare to your Sultan.  I am nothing without your ‘Madad’ (support).  Dress me from your ‘Amana’ (trust).  If he is the king then I am the ghulam.  There are 124,000 Awliyas like dots and he is the Sultan of them all.  Be under his flag, his discipline.  Then be nothing.  Allah’s ‘Qahar’ will begin to dress you.
