Leaving Evilness & Migrating to Sainthood (Migration)

Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani

Step 1 Migration

Obey Allah, obey the Prophet (s) and those in authority [4:59]

What is the real meaning of hijrah?
The real meaning of migration?  Is the real meaning that you are migrating from one city to another or one country to another or one nationality to another?   This is not hijrah; in the physical meaning it is the meaning leaving one place to another place. But in a scientific meaning today, the whole world become like a global village. You can be anywhere with everywhere. You can be on top of the mountain, in the moon, but in reality you are still connected with every part of the world with tech.   You can run your business from a cave even, or from the himalaya mountains, thru a computer and thru a satellite that connects you everywhere.
So dunya (world) became now so small that people has to expand. And that is why they are trying to reach mars. They think they can go there and live there. Might be that is a real hijrah, migration. Because if they go there they never return back.   Hijrah means you leave one place but you must not go back to it or else it is not considered hijrah. This whole world, but still you are in the world.
The real hijrah that spiritual people and what the Prophet (s) gave to his sahaba (companions), the real hijrah is his teachings. His teachings are the highest level of understanding of hijrah, of migration.   Because the Prophet (s) gave us the best and perfect principles of hijrah. And these principles if we do them, or if we observe them, experience them and act on them, we will achieve the real hijrah that everyone is longing for. Not hijrah from earth to mars. Not hijrah from earth to the moon. This still a dunya hijrah.   What the Prophet (s) gave to us is the hijrah, migration from al-akhlaq al-dhameema to al-akhlaq al-hameeda, from the worst manners and desires to the best desires and to achieve moral values and by doing this and achieving this we achieve rida-ullah, Allah’s satisfaction or happiness from us.
Then they carry you to the real hijrah when you achieve these principles, migrating from bad desires and chars, to good chars and manners you will achieve the highest level of moral values, then you will achieve the power of spiritual ascension and self-realization of the ego, where it stands and knows its limits, then when you know your limits, if they will open the eyes of your heart and the vision that you can see with it you will not pretend like a blind person, that oh this is mine, when it is really from Allah, and it has been opened to you because you achieved that. And you will be rendering everything back to its reality and it source which is something from Allah’s divine names and attributes. At that time the real hijrah will open for you the highest level of understanding thru meditation; meditation that people are longing for it and people are trying today to practice it in every possible way and they might achieve they might think that they have achieved a spiritual ascension thru meditation wherever they are trying to reach and think that they have achieved there is still higher and higher. Because meditation is something that people say, “we are meditation” meditation on what.
We are trying to connect with energy, with the highest of the universal energy, which is the cosmos. We are trying to reach the divine presence.   Meditation is not something that you hold. Meditation is something like a dua, like a prayer. It is thru meditation, Muraqabah, is equal to what you are doing, you are requesting something, istalab, asking something from someone. So realty meditation has no structure. Meditation has no form. Meditation is universal. Because everyone is asking something. Because everyone is thinking and meditation is a thought, it is not more than a thought. It might be you are thinking, and the thought came to you to be a bus. Or to be an engineer that is a mediation; or to study medicine that is a mediation; or to study carpentry that is a meditation; or to study philosophy that is a meditation; or to study spirituality that is a meditation.
So it is an asking request. It is not something that you have acquired.   So when you are asking, it means you are asking something to get it. When you get it it is no more meditation, it is something else. At that time you own something. So meditation is only a step, one step toward enabling you, when you put that step, to reach like a ladder. The ladder is a ladder. If you take it away you fall down. But if you take a ladder and go to the roof, then take the ladder away you have achieved something.   So meditation is a spiritual step that you are stepping and reaching thru it something that you will own it later.
And that is why the Prophet (s)said, tafakarru sa`atin khayrun min `ibadati sabaeen sannah. “To meditate/ponder for an hour is better than 70 years of worship.”
It is more effective than and you will move quicker than a rocket relatively speaking to a car, in difference to a car, it will make you to speed up issues and to get higher reward as if you have worshiped.
70 years{ [70years x24= 1680 yrs of perfect worship, 30 days times 1680 47000 years of Heavenly worship.] x 365  per days  = 630,000 years of Divine worship in One Years}.
See how much importance the Prophet (s) gave to meditation  but it is only to reach a certain level. And when you reach that there is no more need for that kind of meditation. It becomes something different. Today the word might not like it. The meaning of that word, people might say, what is that word. But that is the reality of that word and it is in the holy Quran, when you meditate and meditate and leave good chars and go to good chars when you decide to leave and begin to leave, then mediation like climbing a ladder, going to a higher and higher position, you will become, as Allah said, alladheena jaahadoo feena lanahdiyanahum subula.
Those who have struggled in us we will guide them in our ways. It means to what they are longing for.   Here jihad (struggle), many people speak of jihad an nafs (ego). Jihad al-akbar is jihad an nafs. The Prophet (s) told the sahaba now we are returning from the greater jihad, jihad an nafs   And Allah said, those who struggle in our ways we will guide them . what is Allah’s ways/|   Jihad is by coming against that desire doesn’t like. It means coming struggling with the ego, whatever your ego ask, do differently.   So in meditation you are still happy with what you are doing, because in meditation it makes you to feel happy because the ego is relaxed. That is still not struggle, because that is not jihad. That is not the higher level.
Muraqabah it gives you sweetness. When he does it he is happy. It gives you, it makes your ego proud.  That you are doing muraqabah I am meditation and achieving. When you think of achievement and reward that is not a pure way or a pure meditation to Allah (swt). You are still asking something in return   AwliyaAllah never asked anything in return. Why?   Because they understood that Allah created them with his will, brought them in dunya with his will so whatever they have to do, it is up to his will where he takes them. They are not asking paradise or asking, give us divine presence then as if trading. You give us this and we give you that.   That is trading.
That is not accepted in the higher level of spirituality. In higher level of spirituality. You are like a leaf in fall the wind takes it right or left. The leaf does not say why are you throwing me right or left.   Like a sailing ship in the ocean wherever the wind takes it, it goes.   Don’t think everything you like to get you will get. The vessels in the ocean sail according to the wind. The wind is not in your hand it is in Allah’s hand.   So anything that you expect out of your meditation that ladder will never end. It means steps are endless. But when you say, O Allah, I am coming to you, asking nothing.
Then meditation takes less time when you are not asking anything. Whatever you want to do with me you do ya rabb (Lord). Ad-deenu deen al-hubbi. My religion is the religion of love. That is my religion. To love you. You sent your messenger say. Muhammad and so I love you I follow.   It is as in western world unconditional love. What is unconditional love. Universal love. You see everyone in your eyes is equal because they are human beings, Allah created them the same. You have ears they have ears, you have eyes, you have eyes, they have mouth they have mouth. They are not different. They are the same.   Seven layers [holds up both hands one finger pointing up]. Allah gave us 7 focal points that we have to realize and observe and Allah gave us 4 important point also and nine important points.
So it is 4 and 7 and 9. these 4, 7 and 9 will give you the real arithmetic of the body. And the real composition of your body.
If we keep these 4 points, 7 points and 9 points always clean then we achieve something.
This Will Open This Reality of :
These 4 levels are been given to us as the Prophet (s) said, ‘as long as my servant approaches me thru voluntary worship I will love him, if I love him I will be his ears that he can see with and I will be his eyes that he can see with. These are four points.   Then what|: he said then I will be his tongue with and I will be his hand that he can sense with and I will be his feet that he can walk with; these are seven.
Then the 7 Holy Openings of the Head:
This will lead you to walking at the end. Begin with ears, eyes, tongue and hand. Then when you establish this, when you hear and see what people do not hear and see, you will get a guidance, then you can speak. Then you will be given a power in the hand that you can change power in dunya. You can change whatever you like   Whoever sees something wrong, he should try to change it with his hands. If you sign a paper it changes everything.   When you sign a paper and change everything then you will be walking on the sirat al-mustaqeem. These 7 points are very important for us.
The 9 points we will not discuss it is on the enneagram. Later we will discuss that.
But what I like to say that very important for us is when we have . when you want to activate these points in the body, in order to achieve a higher level of meditation, Allah ordered us as Muslims to make ablution. why thru ablution.   Because in ablution the first thing we are doing is to take water in our hands and to wash our hands. How do we wash hands in ablution. Washing and then passing the fingers between each other. If you look at your hand you see a similar image to the left hand .you see number 18 in Arabic and in the left hand 81. that is total 99. 99 names of Allah. Then you begin to activate that divine code that is entered.   And if you add 1 and 8 you get 9 and 8 and 1 is 9 so 9 and 9 is 99. 9+9 = 18. 8+1 = 9   9 in numerology is zero. It means you are nothing. It is enough for now,

Dangerous Days Ahead: Only Mecca, Medina and Sham Sharif will be Safe

*From teachings of Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani*

Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi
Sufi Meditation Center,

Mawlana shaykh is teaching and opening for us from his realities from his treasures that days of difficulty and days of confusion are in front of us and moving very quickly towards us. That confusion is from what we call *dajjal*, the antichrist; from extreme negativity and bad character, and as it begins quickly moving through the material world, Prophet (s) was teaching that 3 places would be safe: Mecca al-Mukarramah, Medina Munawwarah and Sham as-Shareef (Damascus). That in times of the antichrist these three places would be safe, and for believers to move towards those directions to be safe, and to be protected from the *fitna* and confusion of the antichrist and just very bad and very negative times that begin to surround mankind. And Mawlana shaykh’s teaching for understanding these realities is that it’s dressed from Holy Quran:

*“Bismillah ar-Rahman ar-**Rahīm, atii-ullaaha wa’atii-‘urRasuula wa ‘ulil-‘amri min-kum.**”

Obey Allah, obey the Messenger and obey those charged with authority among you (4:59).*

*ATI ALLAH – Safety of Mecca*

And from that reality all realities are opening; from that reality the secrets of tariqa are opening and from that reality is a safety for us towards our destination. It means the first level of the journey is directing towards Allah, and obedience to Allah. As we are moving and asking to leave *shaytan* and move towards *rahman* (mercy) so everything in our life we begin to see all of these things and say, “O my Lord! I’m moving from shaytan and moving towards the reality of rahman.” Then we begin to direct ourselves to love of Divine Presence, and as we are trying to correct ourselves and asking to leave satanic actions, and evilness and bad
character. And Allah begins to inspire that as you are beginning to move towards Me, direct yourself to my Rasul. That if you want Me to be please with you, to be happy with you, to have that love and affection for you, then be with one whom I am already in love with. Not only someone who’s seeking Allah’s love, but whom Allah loves. All of the prophets were seeking Allah’s love, and He was already in love with Sayedina Muhammad (s). He is *Habibullah*, he is the beloved of Allah (swt), means the perfection of character. It is the love of Allah (swt) that when we clearly direct ourselves and it’s a pure and sincere love, “O my Lord! I am seeking refuge in You from all this craziness and difficulties!” Then He inspires that “direct yourself to Sayedina Muhammad (s)! He is going to perfect your love so that I will be *happy* with you love.”

It’s like a school. Direct yourself to love of Sayedina Muhammad (s), and he (as) will begin to perfect that love. He is going to teach us the character that Allah loves, teach us how to wash, how to pray, how to fast, how to read our holy book, how to perfect ourselves in *his *perfection. So obedience to Allah (swt) opens the *door to obedience to Prophet (s)* - if the love is sincere. That’s why the highest realities Allah (swt) are
beginning to open. There are people who don‘t come to love of Sayedina Muhammad (s) and they’re happy with a love of Allah (swt) that satisfies themselves and they make for themselves an Allah that is from their own desires. But when that love of Sayedina Muhammad (s) is moving through the heart, it’s a grant from Divine Presence, and we are all her from that Divine grant - not our cleverness. Many people are even born into Islam and they don’t have that love of Sayedina Muhammad (s). *It’s a grant from Divine*. When You love me and accept me and *I am granting you that, now go to the one who is going to perfect your love. *

*ATI RASUL [s]** is Medina Munawara the city of Lights*

This is all for the safety of Last days and how we’re going to be safe. Many people going to think they love Allah (swt) and they are not in safety. *Prophet (s) saying only Mecca, Medina, Sham as-Shareef going to be safe*. Allah (swt) represents Mecca, Medina represents Prophet (s) and Sham as-Shareef represents the rijjal Allah, the saints; that the power and center of saints, the sultan of saints, its base is Shams (Damascus). So then Allah (swt) saying, “Come to Me! When the love is perfect I’m going to open into your heart and you’ll find Sayedina Muhammad (s).” And then we begin to seek out the reality of Sayedina Muhammad (s), begin to read about his life, begin to hear his *salawats *(praising of the Prophetic light), begin to make that *salwat* on our tongue, that love of Prophet (s), his government, his family, it’s all encompassing in the love of Prophet (s). That love of Prophet (s) means that Sayedina Muhammad (s) begins to accept our love and say, “if you really love me and want to obey Allah (swt), *then follow the ulu’amr, follow the people of authority so that you are under Allah’s training and satisfaction*.”

So obedience to Allah (swt) opens the obedience and following of Sayedina Muhammad (s). Means now the Kabba is opening, that we are opening our heart because *Mawlana beginning to teach us that in time of panicking, it’s not that you can get on a plane and fly to Medina and you’ll be safe*. If that was the case, then all of the people of Medina going to be safe and they would all be from the people of Sayedina Mahdi - it’s not true. Many people are going to perish and many that are not sincere will be gone and many that are sincere will appear. But Mawlana shaykh teaching us that before you can get up and run and sit in Mecca and wait for Sayedina Mahdi, or run to Medina or Shams waiting for Sayedina Mahdi, they’re beginning to teach us *that you heart has to be in that condition*. *You don’t belong there if your heart is not from that reality*. You are not from inhabitants of Mecca if your heart is not filled with love of Allah (swt). And you are not from
Medina if your entire being is not for Sayedina Muhammad (s); everyday asking, “what can I do for You Sayyedi with my wealth, my life, my death, my family, with my entire being. It’s at your feet *Ya Sayedi! Ya Rasulullah! What can I do for you to be of service, to be ghulam, servant, at you feet?”*

Then that heart begins to be filled with Medina Munawwarah, because it’s not only the location that is important. It’s not the house that is important; *it’s the one who occupies the house*. What makes the city holy is not the city, but the one who *comes to* *inhabit the city*, that Allah’s creation comes and if there is a light in that heart it makes everywhere to be holy. We are not idol worshippers thinking a building is holy! The holy one, wherever he walks *becomes* *holy*. So they’re teaching us, “Are you running for a building, thinking you’re going to find safety in the building?! Then you are an idol worshipper. If you think you’re going to hold on to some rocks and stones and bricks they’re going to save you?! And that disaster is going to pass you by and you’re going to fool Sayedina Mahdi and you appeared?!”

They said, “No, what’s coming is *worse* than the plague of Sayedina Musa (as)!” That destruction is coming on the wings of angels. *Destruction does not come from shaytan*. This is other people’s belief because in their books they write about disaster and destruction as if it was from the devil, because the devil wants people to think he has power, saying “fear me! I bring destruction!” and he always shows their God in a pyjama and beaten - may the Divine forgive us all! And hanging on something and then whispering in their ears, “is that your God? Look how I beat him! I am the one who brings destruction!

”But Allah (swt) says, “No! He brings nothing but confusion to you!” *Destruction is Allah’s might, qahar, Allah sends qahar and on the wings of angels and that destruction begins to move*. Every microbe and every sickness is traveling on the wings of angels. Like a little soldier; Allah’s smallest soldiers. The Divine doesn’t need a tank and He doesn’t need a bullet to destroy anyone. It’s such a small microbe that it just flies with the angel and it hits and you see panicking and running and screaming. They say clouds of radiation are coming, run! Every radiation that going to kill you or make you sick is on a wing of an angel. It has an existence, and that existence is under the attribute of *malik ul mulk *(the Owner of All Sovereignty). *There is nothing that is without the authority of Allah (swt). So malik ul mulk is determining that the game is over*. If you are waiting for Sayedina Mahdi (as), then you must be from Kabba. Your heart must be from Kabba. This is
the reality of saints. That’s why in all their poetry they would say, “O you who are going for pilgrimage, where are you going? Your Kabba is right here! You are directing yourself towards sticks and rocks and you don’t know where you’re going and what your intention is and what it is that you are moving towards.”

So saints were teaching us through all their writings that they are the *living Kabba*. Means that Allah (swt), the light of Abd’ullah is living within their heart and Allah (swt) makes all of creation to circumambulate their
heart, so then they have a *juzba*, an attraction that begins to attract people from the reality of *haqqiqat’ul Juzba*. From soul to soul; they feel attracted to that energy and begin to move around their being because of the energy within their heart. Allah is saying, “There is a Kabba in Mecca, but My light cannot be contained in heavens or on earth but it can be contained in the heart of that believer.”

It means Sayedina Mahdi is coming with a different level of belief. All idol worshipping is going to go. You are running towards buildings? No. You must be *around those whose hearts are like Kabba*, so they can make your heart like Kabba, mu*wahid*! That in their heart is only love of Allah (swt). “O our Lord! We are trying our best to obey,” and Allah saying “direct yourself to Sayedina Muhammad (s). *You put your life, your death, your wealth, your family, everything at his feet. And if he says you sit and die then you sit and die, and if he signed off that nothing is going to touch you, then nothing is going to touch you!*

If you know your account is correct, you have nothing to worry about. But if you have funny accounting then there is a concern in the heart, and everybody knows them self. Saints know about you, but they don’t say
anything. But you know yourself and you know if your books are good, then the auditor comes and it’s no problem. But where the problem and panicking starts is when our books are not correct, there must be problems there and the auditor is going to find them and I’m going to face difficulty and purification through these difficulties that are coming. And they begin to inspire us that if you love Allah (swt), direct yourself towards Medina, to the love of Sayedina Muhammad (s). And if your love for of Sayedina Muhammad (s) is sincere, that “O my Lord! I’m loving u, I’m loving you Ya Rasulallah.  My whole life is for you. Loving you, loving your family, loving your government, everything you loved, I love!”

Means that it’s not my place to judge *anyone*. Who Sayedina Muhammad (s)loved, we love. Whom are the blood and light of Sayedina Muhammad (s), we love. Then the Medina Munawwarah, the “City of Lights”, begins to open within the heart. *Kabba becomes the container*. The heart says this heart is now ready to contain my light once Allah (swt) gives permission. Means that the first door we are going through is towards Allah (swt). He begins to fix the heart; that this heart is sincere, and I’m going to make it like
a Kabba, now accompany those who are like a Kabba! And when love of of Sayedina Muhammad (s) begins to enter and the entire being is lost in the love of Prophet (s), *they can’t live without hearing salawats, they find no happiness without constantly remembering Prophet (s), and then every celebration is not a celebration without remembering and celebrating the life of of Sayedina Muhammad (s).*

Then the city of light is opening in the Kabba, because what light is going to open in your heart? *Allah’s light? There’s no way!* If that light comes you’d be dead!

*Ulu Amr Minkum** Obey those in Authority*

Mawlana says not even a drop you could contain of that light. What light going to *open is the light of of Sayedina Muhammad (s)!* So your heart becomes Mecca, and filled with Medina, and the only way to achieve that is in the hands of *ulu ‘amr*, those who have authority. *It means the saints who are eating and drinking from the hands of of Sayedina Muhammad (s) and his family, his ahlul bayt.* If they are not eating and drinking from that hand, there is no power, no reality, and it’s all a facade and it burns away. But if they are taking from that they are real *ulu ‘amr*. And then those *ulu ‘amr*, *we come sitting at their door. So Prophet (s) inspiring “find these saints!” *

If you want to be from Medina, find these saints! Then we found them! Now the *journey begins at their door back to that reality*. So now we’re at the door to the *ulu ‘amr* saying, “Protect us from these antichrist, protect us from these confusions and difficulties that are coming, confusion has overtaken me!” And they teach us “learn how to enter our heart.” You will find no safety unless it’s in their heart, because we’ve said their heart *is *Mecca! Their heart *is *Medina, and they are the *reality *of Sham as-Shareef. All saints are based out of Sham, when you see them this is just an imitation of their being, but their reality is based out of Damascus. So at their door their saying, “if you want to be safe, then enter into our heart.” So then we begin to concentrate, meditate on moving into their heart. There is nothing that will be protected except the heart of these saints.

So then we begin to occupy ourselves with their love; that when we’re praying, fasting, eating and drinking we are constantly thinking of them, asking that they dress us and bless us and fill us with that light. Mawlana
Shaykh teaching for us it’s like you have the best laptop available, worth thousands of dollars, but if you don’t have a wi-fi connection, *that laptop is completely useless*. It may be the best and the latest package, but
unless it has an ability to log on and receive a connection, there is no connection – it’s just a piece of equipment. So we are at their door, we have all our equipment, we have that love, now we are entering into that reality and their wi-fi begins to send that which we don’t have. *And as we’re moving in that energy, they begin to take us to their connection to the heart of Sayedina Muhammad (s), and only through their door can you enter into the heart of Sayedina Muhammad (s), and only thru the heart of Prophet (s) can you witness the magnificence and munificence of Allah’s light. It’s all through the heart of Prophet (s). *

So we pray in these days of panicking, where am I going to run and where am I going to hide? There is no where that is going to be safe. It’s finished.  Only safety is in their heart. With love for them that we move into their heart and they begin to dress our light from their reality, and as their reality begins to dress us, bless us and move us into the presence of Prophet (s), then the *real* ahlul bayt, they are the real ahlul bayt of light and of blood, that they received their certificate in the presence of Sayedina Muhammad (s). It means that they’re able to bring that light and bring people to the presence of Sayedina Muhammad (s), and at that time that audience is from soul to soul, and Prophet (s) begins to send his light, and that light begins to dress those students. *That light is the only light that perfects us, and that light is the only light that protects us.*

Then as move deeper in that ocean, Mawlana Shaykh teaching that as you are moving into that perfected light of Sayedina Muhammad (s), anything that is lacking in that perfection will be burned off. Any imperfection, even if it reaches up to hear (points to near end of his finger) what’s left will be purified until that perfection is achieved because it’s not perfecting. It means that anything that is completed in the light of Sayedina Muhammad (s) is protected. How Allah is going to punish the light of Sayedina Muhammad (s)? If Sayedina Muhammad (s) is signing that “I’m going to put my light into that being” – Allah (swt) says” if they are oppressors to themselves and they come to you, ya Rasulullah and ask forgiveness, My forgiveness is always stamped with you. My hand is upon your hand.”

*“And if, when they had wronged themselves, they had but come unto thee and asked forgiveness of Allah, and asked forgiveness of the messenger, they would have found Allah Forgiving, Merciful.**”** ** (An-Nisa: 64)*

*"Verily those who swear allegiance to thee indeed swear allegiance to Allah. The hand of Allah is over their hands. So whoever breaks his oath, breaks it to his own loss; and whoever fulfills the covenant that he has made with Allah, He will surely give him a great reward."* *(Al-Fath:10)*

So then saints are dressing us, testing us, and perfecting us, as we enter into their heart and move into the presence of Sayedina Muhammad (s), if that light dressing us, then Allah’s (swt) light is already blessing us. And if that blessing comes, there is nothing that can touch that person - in accordance with what Allah (swt) wants. *Whatever Allah (swt) wants is going to happen. And if Allah (swt) doesn’t want it, nothing is going to happen*.  If everything is blown up, and that servant under permission from Allah (swt) is just making prostration, *nothing* will happen. Everything will burn *except* that servant. It’s in Allah’s (swt) hands. These are the days of faith, as we said before about chapter 2 that Sultan ul Awliya was opening, from action now is coming the world of faith. We can talk all we want, but now becomes the days that saying doesn’t mean anything, but the action and the ocean of faith is going to be visible. We pray that we move into that ocean, that we are protected by that ocean, that we move into that light and into that love, and into that reality that saints bless us and protect us and bring us into the heart of Sayedina Muhammad (s), that Prophet (s) be happy and satisfied, and present us to Allah’s Divinely Presence. *Bi-hurmatil Mustafa, wa bi-sirr as-Suratul Fatiha.*

Secrets of Healing and The Holy Face of Sultan Al Awliya

Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi
January, 2011
(SUFI MEDITATION CENTER, VANCOUVER, BC)

Asalaamu alaykum, wa at- tariqatuna suhba wal ‘l-khairu fi ‘l-jami’yyiah Our Way is founded on association and goodness comes from congregation.

InshaAllah always asking for madad, wa abiduna madadakum, that we are nothing without madad without heavenly support of Sayyidina Habeebullah, Sayyidina Muhammad (s), Ahlul Bayt ‘il Kiraam, khasaatan our Shaykhs. And this association (is) always under the flag of Sultan al Awliya, Maulana Shaykh Muhammad Nazim Adil al Haqqani, inshaAllah and his representatives, Maulana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani and Maulana Shaykh Adnan Kabbani, they are the Shaykhs they are the guides they are the perfected ones and I am nothing.

I am not claiming to be a Shaykh, I am not claiming to be a guide and I am nothing and I am asking to enter into the ocean of “nothingness.” This dunya is making us to be something which is an illusion, and thinking we have some ability, thinking we have some strength, always trying to build us as if we have power and the more we become something, “I” become something, the “I” becomes important, Maulana Shaykh is teaching; the farther I am moving from that Divine Presence, that Divine or heavenly presence; moving away from Allah’s pleasure. So then Tariqa comes and teaches us to negate ourselves and to enter into an “Ocean of nothingness.”

If we claim to be nothing, and advice people before we talk, before we act, before we do anything, specially in Tariqa, that I am nothing and my Shaykhs they are something. (This is) from Allah azzawajal’s Divinely gifts, from Mawlana Shaykh’s gift, from the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad (s). And Sayyidina Muhammad is everything, Allah azzah wajal is absolute everything and I am nothing! Maulana Shaykh’s teaching for us because (as) a reminder for myself and for all others, that if we claim to be something the benefit of the association is very small; if I claim to be something and people are coming for healing and people are coming for du`a and people are coming for something, any representative of Tariqa or spiritual master or spiritual path, if you say: *“I am something,” then you are in competition with Divine Presence.”

As soon as you are in competition with Divine Presence, you are creating an idol of yourself, and people begin to worship you, worship the idol instead of Divine Presence*. And as soon as you put an “I” or give the impression that you have ability to do something, this is Maulana Shaykh’s teaching and we have gone over this before, but as a reminder for myself; as soon as you give the impression you can do something then the Divine is immediately saying: *“lets all step back and see what this person can do.” *And immediately that burden is then thrown onto that ego that is claiming everything. If Divine support leaves then; “lets see how you are going to heal.” That sickness will come onto you, “let’s see how your du`a will be answered.” And you will be sitting there trying to think of all sorts of formulas, all sorts of remedies and Divine Presence moves back. Heavenly Presence; the prophets, the saints all of them move back and say: “you are claiming to be something; let us see what you can do.” And now the whole association is no longer benefitting but they are now suffering from the “I”-ness of that teacher.

So then Maulana Shaykhs’ reminder and a teaching for us, to understand the power of the association and how the association is helping us.

*How is this Baraka coming?*

*How are the du`as inshaAllah being answered? *

*How is the healing moving from that Divine Presence, heavenly presence, from all the prophets, thru awliyaa (saints) thru malaaika (angels) coming down is then they teach us: *

“be nothing!” They teach us: “tell them you are nothing, tell them and keep telling people that I am nothing,” abiduna bi madadakum; I am abaadan, I am non-existent; I am absolutely nothing without their madad and without their support. If they (people) insist on coming because it takes faith; a lot of people think I have to build myself up and then people will believe in me and come. And therefore (let’s) expand the association, they even think that they are doing that for their Shaykh; that I will expand the association and my Shaykh will be happy with me. *But Maulana Shaykh is teaching us the station of faith is that it’s not you building anything.* You don’t need to build the association; you don’t need to make people to move towards you, *you have to do what you need to do for your reality*. It means I have to negate myself consistently; I have to remind myself I am nothing, I am nothing, I am nothing and keep moving into that “Ocean of nothingness.”

If you sit and find someone who says they are nothing, and you insist on asking a du`a, then they are teaching: “who is responsible for answering your du`a?”

That becomes the secret of Tariqa. In the majlis Mawlana Shaykh was teaching us: “if you want those du`as to be accepted, if you want healing to take place, you want the association to have power, you must *destroy the “I” in the association*.

Your “I”-ness will always destroy the association. If you are going to put out an article, you are going to put out a teaching, you are going to put out a website, take your name off; take your “I”-ness off of it, take your identity off of it and convey their message. *Convey their message; convey their teaching, convey what the Sultan al AwliyaaAllah is teaching*.

Then if somebody comes to the association and you said that you are nothing and they said: “O can I have a du`a,” then who is responsible for that du`a? (It is) the Shaykhs, means the *Shaykhs are saying: “you are flying our flag in that association, you are putting that picture of us so when people walk through that door they know that (in) that association, this is the Shaykh; Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Nazim Adil al Haqqani (and) his representatives; Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani, Mawlana Shaykh Adnan Kabbani*.

They know (and) they see these faces and they heard you say you are nothing, but their faith is still saying I want your du`a.” Then at that time if they want a du`a, then these Shaykhs are responsible for answering that du`a. Because (it is) like a legal disclaimer *everything is an adab and Mawlana Shah Naqshband was teaching our way is an association; companionship and gathering*. That to be a Sahabi to be a companion is to keep the company of people and to keep in the gathering and that companionship opens up the reality.

That if you negate your self; because in all of our meditation teachings, all of our zikr teachings (it) is that we have to constantly negate. When I am nothing, I am nothing, I am nothing and I am sitting and meditating; I am not trying to build myself to move into that Divinely Presence. I am asking: “ya Rabee I am nothing, I am like an atom that is a piece of dust in the pocket of my Shaykhs. That let me be just a little atom in their pocket, they are reaching Your satisfaction, You are happy with them, You are dressing them, and I see myself as nothing.” So then Maulana Shaykh’s teaching is then: “how this association has power, how healing is taking place, how du`as are being answered? That you move your self out.”

*As soon as you negate yourself when they come and ask for a du`a; “we are hearing, the Shaykhs are hearing, and if the Shaykhs are hearing, then the Prophet (s) is hearing. Because like a legal disclaimer: “ya Rabbee I have told them I am nothing, I am here just holding a position, holding a direction and they are coming and asking for something, I have no way to help them,* I have no way to satisfy what they are asking for, all I can do is rely on that support; that madad “wa kunu ma as- sadiqeen, that Your order was to keep the company of the sadiqeen, that in our lives we are keeping their company,” and at that moment you move back and these
AwliyaaAllah are present in that association, they are always present in the
association.

We said before, it’s not what you know in life, it’s who you know that opens all doors for you. You may know many things, many people have many degrees but if they don’t have contacts they don’t get the right jobs. Imagine the spiritual (path) you may read many books, many different knowledge’s, but if you don’t keep the company of someone spiritual (those) who are successful, the saints who have achieved tremendous success, nothing opens. Because it is not the knowledge that opens, but that reality that light that begins to reflect upon us, opens that reality. So they are teaching us that as soon as you negate, their presence is coming. So there is a difference in this Tariqa from other spiritual paths because you may go to other spiritual paths or you may hear of other spiritual paths, where they are making lots
of different du`as for everything you ask. And this is from the greatness from our understanding of Naqshbandia (teachings) that you may go to many different people with heavenly abilities. And they make all sorts of long du`as.

They make all sorts of prescriptions they say: “recite this, do this, recite this, do this,” it is an entertainment and many times it’s because that individual has no connection, has very limited connection. So imagine they are going into a room and (it is) like throwing darts, they give you all sorts of recitations. And they are making all sorts of recitations as if (in) a room and they can’t see in that room. *So then they hope that (if)they throw enough darts, (saying): “recite this, okay now recite this then recite that,” one of them going to hit something.*

One of them is going to be a jackpot.

But Naqshbandiyyati ‘l-‘aliyyah is teaching us that if you negate yourself we are already there, we are all around you, we hear you, we hear them. That you are, and again Mawlana teaches by the technology around us; is that if you learn how to be nothing, you learn correctly how to be nothing, then you inherit from the hadith of *Prophet (s), “that when My servant approaches My Divinely Presence, and approaches Me with voluntary worship, extra-ordinary things,” not the things you have been ordered to do, we do those, but: “when My servant approaches with voluntary worship,* I become the ears with which he hears, his hearing, I become his seeing.” (It) means the ever-living attribute of hearing, not just I (God) hear thru his physical ears, means; “I am going to dress that servant from Divinely Oceans to hear.” Then there are infinite degrees of what that hearing is. That “I am going to be that servant’s seeing, I am going to be that servant speaking, that servants
breathing,” they are going to be breathing from Bahrul Qudrah (Divine Oceans), “I am going to be that servants hands.” And that is why we say the hands have tabbarak (blessings); tabarakaladhee bi yadihil Mulk.

We read suratul Mulk (Chapter 67) two times a day in the Naqshbandi awraad (recommended prayers), and we read suratul Yaseen (Chapter 36 of Holy Quran) in the morning. “Wa subhaanal ladee bi yadihil Mulk,” Allah azzahwajal is praising those hands; that if you reach that listening; if you reach those eyes; you reach that Divine breath; you reach that Divine tongue dressing that heavenly tongue, than those hands are under Allah’s Qudrah, and those qadam (feet) are moving in Allah’s direction so much so that that servant has the power of “Kun fa yaa Kun.” (Be! and it comes in existence). Naqshbandiya is taking from that reality.

So they are teaching the student; don’t be anything! Soon as you want to show yourself and you (start) giving a formula and you say do all this thing, means it is like a prescription, do like this, do like that, show this miracle, show that, then that power backs away, that connection backs away and (they) say: “okay lets see what you are doing. How are you going to solve that situation?” The fastest and most powerful solution for people and for ourselves is (to) learn how to be nothing. “Yaa Rabbee, I am not going to be able to be able to recite everything for people, I am not going to be able to memorize everything for people, I am not going to be able to open all of these different complicated formulas (and) taweez’s for people and these things,” these are from people who don’t have powerful masters. So
they are learning secrets as they go (and) as they uncover a secret, they play with it and then they go out and get people to come to them and say okay do like this, do like that, and Inshaa-Allah it works

*They are teaching us the highest level of connection is just you be nothing; just be a mobile phone for us*. Anytime they sit, we are hearing *through your ears*, that is why now the mobile phone has the best technology, we have touch screens and video, now video conferencing (is) coming, where you will be able to call and immediately the person will be seeing and talking to you with a video over your mobile phone. All of that is heavenly reality.

Allah azzahwajal is saying: “don’t you believe Toshiba (more) than you believe heavens, don’t be 'bhutt-parast' (idol worshipper).”

Idol worshipping, means you have more faith in Motorola than you have in Allah? You are already built with video phone, not one lens you have two lenses, you are earing in stereo but if you exist and I exist, (then) your phone isn’t worth anything; just for the applications you have loaded. But if you want heavenly applications and access to the heavenly servers than you have to learn to be nothing; abeeduna bee madadakum.

Sultan al Awliya keeps saying that I am nothing without your madad. So then everything they are teaching for us, is the power of these associations. (It) is that when we really come to people who know how to be nothing, as soon as you talk to them their ears are ringing; means all their Shaykhs are listening and what type of Shaykhs are listening?

*We are talking about Qutb al Mutassarif;* he is the Qutb (the pole) in charge of all sustenance for all the created dunya, not the Qutb of just this Earth. (It) Means the Qutb of every physical form and sustenance arriving onto that form, (it is) Mawlana Shaykh Hisham. One of the big wazirs (deputies) of the seven wazirs in the presence of Sayyidina Mahdi(as) like the Ashaab al Kaaf, nothing changed.

Ashaab al Kaaf were seven Ashaab, Sahaba, Companions. These seven Ashaab completely give themselves and the guard of that cave is Qitmir.

*Qitmir starts with Qaaf; Qaaf wal Qur’an al Majeed*, and that is the reality of Sayyidina Mahdi (as). And the seven Ashaab al Qaaf are the seven who eternally have achieved that gift from Allah azzahwajal that their souls are eternally in fusion. What Allah is sending to them they are sending to Sayyidina Mahdi (as), Sayyidina Mahdi (as) is receiving (he is) sending back to these AwliyaaAllah and a powerful ocean of fusion. And they have lent themselves, and Allah described the Ashaab al Kaaf, that their movement is only by Allah azzahwajal, they move left and right based on the sun, based on NurMuhammad (s), based on the highest realities of light, (these lights) are guiding these seven souls and their every movement is based only on Allah’s Am’r (command). That light, that reality, one of them is *Mawlana Shaykh Hisham.[Q]*

So we say that when your phone is working, you are not having regular AwliyaaAllah and they are no regular Awliya.

Even the 124,000 Awliya, if you met the 124,000th Wali his ability is unimaginable from what Allah azzahwajal is dressing on AwliyaaAllah. So then you imagine you are meeting one of the seven great saints from this creation.

Eternal, their position has always been at that position. So these associations are under their authority. If you negate yourself and we learn the process of nothing, abeeduna bi madadakum, I am nothing, I am nothing, I am nothing that big Qutb is there and from that big Qutb we know this association is under the Sultan; and we know nothing.

Maulana Shaykh is teaching that the Sultan; Sultan al Awliya is, and we know nothing about that reality. From what Mawlana Shaykh Hisham was teaching us; *that the reality of Maqaam al Fardania, the most unique station in creation *, when you say Sultan al Awliya, means they are the representation of the reality of the moon. That they have completely annihilated themselves, they are the most humble of the 124,000 saints and because of that, *their face is always at the face of Sayyidina Muhammad (s).* Means their whole being is facing that Prophetic reality which is the source of all light to creation, because Divine Essence, Allah laa shareeka la (He is without partners), laa shabee ‘ala (nothing is like Allah azzahwajal); there is nowhere anyone in Creation can go and find God. God’s Essence is dressing the Prophetic reality and to reach spiritual reality of the face, kullu shay’in haalikum
illa Wajhah (All things perish except His face 28:88).

Yaa Wahid al Qahhar, that Allah azzahwajal says that everything will perish but the Wajhah Allah, the Holy face, so then whose face when Allah says the Holy face will exist and everything will perish?. As soon as the muraqaba is opening the meditation is opening, as soon as you are meditating you are finding it difficult just to keep yourself in the presence of these Shaykhs. Just that image goes and then you feel the energy all around them, the highest level is that not only they bring you in their presence, they put you on your knees and say keep looking, what you look at is their holy face just shining, and this is the reality of Huwa Hu.

*Huwa Hu on our shirt that taweez,*

“Huwa” Allah is always looking and sending all His Qudrah to huwa Muhammad (s). So always Prophet’s (s) light is being filled from Divine Presence, Divine Essence always reflecting (on) Prophet (s), (who) is always reflecting that essence to his family and from his family to all AwliyaaAllah. So all AwliyaaAllah are taking from that reflection.

Once you understand what an Awliya what a Wali is, then we start to understand what these associations are, what Naqshbandia is, what Tariqa is. So Mawlana Shaykh begins to define and begins to explain for us, that they are taking from the holy face of Sayyidina Muhammad (s), and from that face keep changing into the different Ahlu ‘l-Bayt, the face of the Ahlu ‘l-Bayt are dressing those 124,000 Awliya, none of them (the Awliya) can be taking any power unless coming from that face.

*So you are asking if they are Shi’a or Sunni? Means you are crazy. Ask them: “are you taking from the face of that reality*,” there is no level of dunya understanding. You are talking from the reality of light, that in Allah’s presence you are Muslim, you are a mu’min (believer), you are a mukhlis (sincere), you are muhsin (obliging/generous), you achieved these ranks and you are moving now and you become Sadiq (truthful), the siddiqeen, means your character is perfected and they begin to take your face into that presence.

That face must be dressing your face, that holy face must be dressing your two ears with their energy, must be dressing your two eyes with their energy, (and) must be dressing your two nostrils, means you are breathing from their breath. We said before that we are dead in dunya. When you are dead in dunya, have you ever seen somebody drown in water? We came to water and one time we saw somebody lost their breath and just went down. In this dunya we are like that. *Don’t think that the breath you are taking is a real breath*.

You are at the bottom of a very dirty ocean and you are dead, but you don’t know, the dead one doesn’t know that he is dead. He thinks he is breathing and enjoying everything. So then the whole power of the meditation, the muraqaba, all of those processes is that these AwliyaaAllah have been sent, (to) save that dead one. (It) means Allah azzahwajal said: “We created: Qul ‘illaahumma Maalik al-mulki. Tu’ti ‘l-mulka man tasha’u wa tanzi’u ‘l-mulka mimman tashaa’u wa tu’izzu man tashaa’u wa tudhillu man tashaa’u, bi yadik al-khayr, innaka ‘alaa kulli shay’in Qadeer. Tooliju ‘l-layla fi ‘n-nahaari wa tooliju ‘n-nahara fi ‘l-layl wa tukhriju ‘l-haayya min al-mayyiti, wa tukhriju l-mayyita min al-haayy, wa tarzuqu man tashaa’u bi ghayri hisaab. Say: O God, Master of the Kingdom, Thou givest the Kingdom to whom Thou wilt, and seizes the Kingdom from whom Thou wilt, Thou exalted whom Thou wilt, and Thou abases whom Thou wilt; in Thy hand is all good; Verily Thou are over all things Powerful Thou makes the night to enter into the day, and Thou bringest forth the living from the dead, and *Thou bringest forth the dead from the living, and Thou provides for whomsoever Thou wilt without reckoning.”*

It means; “We created life, We created death, (and) We are going to bring you from that imitation existence,” “haayya min al-mayyiti, wa tukhriju l-mayyita min al-haayy, wa tarzuqu man tashaa’u bi ghayri hisaab,” forgive the Arabic which is very bad, but Allah azzahwajal is teaching that. “We created the death and We created the life.” (It) means when a saint, when a Wali begins to teach you, he has found you dead in that water, if you were alive, you would already be a Wali; you were already a saint. That is why we say in the zombie movies (it) is how saints are looking at us. They see us in our worst character, otherwise how people are killing each other on TV. They are zombies, if they knew their angelic reality, and they knew their angelic dress, would they harm anything? They would be like nature, just take what they can eat and leave everything alone. *But we are zombies now, we are crazy, eating and terrorizing and killing each other because we are
dead. So that when that Wali comes and that order comes, they take us out and they begin to breath.*

They are putting their mouth on our mouth (and) they are breathing from their breath into our lungs; they are taking us from the nafs-al-Rahma, from the paradise breath in heavenly presence that, that breath Allah azzahwajal is sending that Qudrah (Might/Power) to Sayyidina Muhammad (s). Prophet’s (s) breath is the breath; *“lee wa al-Hamd,” The Flag of Praise is the breath for all existence*. And these Wali’s are taking from that breath and huuuuu, and breathing it into us. (It) means they begin to change our breath. They begin to rebuild us, to resuscitate us, revive us in that presence. So then when we say you are in the association of these big AwliyaaAllah, you can’t imagine that we are so connected to the Ahlu‘l-Bayt, the power of the association is coming from the *Ahlu ‘l-Bayt. It’s not a matter of can you love them or not love them; there is no power without them*.

Means they are the owners of the “Kauther” (pond in Paradise), (in) every world and (in) every reality, (and in) every secret that is spoken (it) is coming from Kauther. And the owner of the Kauther is Sayyidina Muhammad (s).

And the men who give you, in dunya the imitation where the Suffiyanis (at the) Kaa’ba; they used to say that: “we give water to the people making Hajj. Therefore we are holy because our job is to give water.” Then Allah azzahwajal is saying that: “you think because you are giving water to people who are coming on Pilgrimage (it is) making you something?” Because they were the imitation, the shaytanic imitation of the reality*. The reality of holiness are the owners of Paradise; where that Kauther, that flowing springs of reality, Allah azzahwajal saying every creation is under Bismillahi 'r-Rahmani 'r-Raheem, all that Bismillahi 'r-Rahmani 'r-Raheem is in the oceans of that Kauther, and the ones who are giving you from that Kauther are these Ahlu ‘l-Bayt, so every Wali must be taking from that
Kauther.*

Then Mawlana Shaykh describes, either that Wali is taking a spoon because their strength is small. So they come to the Imams and they get one spoon, and they are very powerful even (with) the one spoon. Some Walis’ taking cups, some Walis’ taking spoons and dishes. You know their power by how many people they are reaching. Because what you are taking Prophet (s) (is) expecting you to distribute. So some Walis teach five people some Walis teach ten thousand people. Some Walis, they teach east and west, north and south, thru internet, thru Television, through their travels. Sultan al Awliya (is) reaching all (over) this world through his travels. Mawlana Shaykh Hisham (is) reaching all (over) this world through his travels. Means they are not taking a spoon from these realities, they are taking fountains from these realities because that reality is not only a teaching, it is an
angelic power, that they are coming to the presence of Prophet (s) and saying we are traveling this whole dunya to spread that light and that love and that Qudrah, then they give them fountains of these realities, as an energy, dressing from them and they (are) dressing all of creation.

So then Mawlana Shaykh begins to teach us the power of these associations is
something unimaginable, that when we begin to believe that this association is filled with their Qudrah. The Sultan al Awliya must be here because you are seeing the adab, if we make a chair and sit on the chair, the Shaykh is saying you didn’t put anywhere for me (to come and sit) so I will come back later. So Mawlana taught these manners, - taught these realities for us, that keep these manners, keep these adab. That: “yaa Rabbee, if people are coming, I have nothing to give them, I have nothing for myself, we are emptying our self, asking please their (Sultan’s) seat is here, they are responsible for these people, they are responsible for hearing what they are asking, hearing what they are needing, praying for their sustenance, praying for what they need*,” if you are humble enough to come if you are humble
enough to ask, if you are humble enough to show up, it’s their responsibility not mine*.

Their healing is the same (for) everything; they hear all our requests, they hear all of our sicknesses, they hear all of our difficulties in life, so you don’t have to worry about did they hear me? All you have to worry about is: “why the answer is not coming?” because now we are at a new level of faith. (The) other level of faith is: “I spend all my time wondering if Allah heard me.” So I go from Shaykh to Shaykh, every pious person I can find, “pray for me, pray for me,” “I have this sickness; pray for me, I have this difficulty in life, pray for me.” So they begin to teach us: “you don’t have to go anywhere.

*That mobile phone is on,” these Shaykhs are hearing, these Shaykhs are seeing, these saints are listening. If the response is not coming, one, it has a benefit in our life, be patient, so you learn your sab’r (patience) or (two) there is a fault in my system that needs to be corrected, so then I must fix that fault*.

There must be a lacking in my ibaadat (worship), there must be a lacking in my sustenance in my giving, in my generosity there must be a lacking of my being of service, if all of those are okay then be patient, Allah is the best of planners. So (you) never have to worry about did they hear? *Mawlana says take your level of belief (higher); know they are here. So in meditation they are all around us, we are like in the center and they are all sitting in a huge circle from the highest level of realities, because you said that you are in the presence of Sultan al Awliya*. So if the meditation is not powerful for you, it’s because your faith is lacking. Because if they open for you to see where you are, you will see yourself in the presence of Sultan al Awliya. You are asking to hold his feet in the
meditation and the Sultan al Awliya is directly looking to the face, to the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad (s), to all the Prophets taking from that reality and dressing all his students. who is going to say I don’t have enough faith? We have enough faith to be here, but to be *If we are not feeling it, because our faith is incomplete, so then they are telling us: “believe, yaa ayyuhaladeena amaanu, amaanu (believe),”*here is not something you got and now its there. Every step you have to go higher, you have to go higher, you have to take your belief higher; that I am here; most definitely, that my love is here; most definitely. I am believing that their association is directly at the highest level of realities. And I am at their
feet; I am just holding on to their feet, I am asking just to be dressed from that light. They hear my wants, specially when I come to the association and I ask for a du`a and I ask, because it is a sign of humility, its not only that I ask at home, because I have a representative (from the Shaykhs), I am coming to the representative and I am asking: “these are my needs, these are my wants, these are the issues in my life,” then we have to know its been heard. They heard it; they understood it, now why something is not happening? *Go back and see if everything is correct. If your life was correct, you gave what you (were) supposed to give, you are doing what you are supposed to do, your ibaadat and worship is as it’s
supposed to be, your service is to be of service, your account is clean, (and then) have sab’r (patience). Allah has the best of plans. *

So then we understand the difference of Naqshbandiya and other associations. If they don’t have this association then the Shaykh is making it up as he goes, recite this, do like this, do like this do like that.

*Why would you do all those things if you are in the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad (s)?* Because we have to think in the world of light, that you came to us in the world of light, if you really (are) that close where you are at the feet of Prophet (s) and you say: “O so and so (Shaykhs), I have a sickness, I have a problem, I have a difficulty with work.” If they have to give you ten things; do this do that, do that, oh why can’t they just ask Prophet (s): “*make the du`a to Allah azzahwajal.” It will be finished*. So they are not there, so they have to make all sorts of formulas and potions and events for something to happen, hoping that it will come up to the presence of Prophet (s), that he finds acceptance and he says: “ameen and makes du`a.” But (with) Naqshbandiyyati ‘l-‘aliyyah (it) means their souls, their students, all their loved ones are there, they are there. They are all
in that association; *their Shaykh is the Sultan al Awliya. He sits on the seat that faces directly to Prophet (s)*, so then he hears everything, he sees everything that is happening in my life and I am even asking the local representative: “that there is this difficulty in my life, this healing in my life (is needed),” to confirm that I was humble, they heard it, they know it. Then what needs to be done to be resolved? If I did what needs to be done, (and) then be patient. They heard they are working on it, its going to happen with the best of outcomes for our lives.

So then understanding in healing from the Naqshbandiya perspective is then to make that connection. So no need to make all sorts of recitations on people, what is needed most for people is to bring them to this oasis

God gave them a difficulty so they would seek out a remedy, they would have a life changing remedy. Because the physicality is of no interest to God (whether) your physicality is hurting or is (at) ease. If a difficulty comes to that physicality, it’s because He loves the reality of your soul. And He knows that if I give you a little bit of difficulty you are going to seek a remedy for your soul. So then the real ones shouldn’t be in competition with Divine Presence. Give him something and send him away that would be fake. So the Divine and the divinely teaching is: “come why don’t you sit down. ”Slowly something will happen; sit at this oasis and begin to build them. Build their connection with their soul, build their love for these masters, (and) build their love for these realities, because the healing of the soul
is more important than the healing of the body. If Allah wanted to place an
importance on the body, *He could have healed them, so He is sending to spiritual teachers. Mawlana Shaykh taught us long ago, if Allah is sending to you, it’s not for miraculous (healing);* O Allah couldn’t do the miracle Himself?

He could have healed instantly, but “build their souls,” is what is important. The broken physicality is the means in which they can meet you.

Once they meet you, sit them down, give them to eat and to drink. Teach them how to build themselves. What was the expression: “if you give a man a fish, or you teach him to fish all his life.” It’s from that reality. *If I give you a fish and send you on your way, what benefit I did for you? Nothing! But if you are a guide of the souls; then (they) teach you how to fish, all your life you will be fishing, means you reached your reality of your soul. *Through the means of your physicality (Allah) pulled you, everything that comes into our association is (indicating) don’t pray for that to go away fast, every test that comes. That: “O Shaykh, make this go away, O Shaykh, make this go away, O Shaykh, make this go away.” They are trying to teach us how to fish. That what is the lesson that you learnt from that in life? Everything that comes into my life must be a teaching for myself, for my
family and for my community. If I pray for it to go away before I learnt the lesson, what was the benefit? So as soon as it comes, I begin to teach the kids saying: “look life is very fragile, life is very delicate, is your relationship good with the Shaykh? Is your love for Prophet (s) strong? Is your love for Divine Presence strong?” Just as we are doing with outside, we must be doing with out families first, with our communities, with our associations.

So then Naqshbandiya healing is to teach people how to fish. Not just keep giving people fish. So a lot of these alternative healing programs and spiritual programs are more interested in giving people fish and that is why they charge, so they have associations or weekend events (for) $2,000 and you become a fish master. You pay the big fee; they give you a couple of fish, you go home very happy. Naqshbandiya is teaching us, no! Make it a life long effort. Teach them how to fish for eternity, how to build themselves in that love and find themselves in that association and they should be eternally grateful, eternally happy that their souls reached. And when their souls reach they are ambassadors for many souls in their lineage of family and their loved ones.

Secrets Of The Cave, Realities of the Month of Safar

Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi
January, 2011

The Power of Surah Al- Kahf-18.

Secrets of the Month of Safar and to Enter into The Cave (Opening of #18)

Aoodhu billahi min ash Shaytani 'r-rajeem, Bismillahi 'r-Rahmaani 'r-Raheem.

From The Teaching of Madad al-Haqq Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani (q).

9

First Gate of 9 The first month of Muharram, where the gate of tawba where they are teaching the secret of aoodhu billahi min ash-Shaytani 'r-rajeem; seek refuge, and open the reality of Bismillahi 'r-Rahmaani 'r-Raheem; seek refuge in the cave and be from the Ashaab al-Kahf.

But we have to enter through nine, so Surah Tawba (Chapter 9 of Holy Qu'ran), is teaching us that you have to make a repentance, you have to sacrifice yourself, repent and that at every moment our life is a repentance, that, "I am falling short, I am falling short, I am falling short. Forgive me, my Lord." That, we are not claiming to be perfect, we are asking to recognize our faults and move into that reality.

Surah 18:1 Praise be to Allah Who hath revealed the Scripture unto His slave, and hath not placed therein any crookedness,

18

Then, the second month, Safar, opens. And they say Safar is a heavy month. It is the heaviest of the twelve months because it has the majestic dress of Hayba (emanations). They are taking these realities, and teaching these realities to us that in the timelessness of Prophet (s), he was dressed by twelve veils in the Divine Presence. And these emanations continually dress the light of Prophet (s) from the Divine Presence directly.

These are twelve veils, when you take a reality, from timeless and bring it into time, so then they are teaching us that if you relate those two, those twelve veils (relate) to the twelve months in dunya, because Allah Azzah wa jal has no time. When He is dressing Prophet (s), that is an eternal dress that is eternally dressing Prophet (s) with these twelve hijabs, these twleve realities.

So then they begin to teach us that in the second month, the second lunar month is the reality of nine plus nine equals eighteen. The secret of al-Hayaat (life on Earth), and Hayba and all these oceans of eighteen that are opening.

So you look at the eighteenth surah of the Holy Qu'ran which is Surat al-Kahf. So then they are teaching us that we entered from the Tawba moving to ashaab al-Kahf (people of the Cave). We are asking to enter into that Cave, to be dressed from the reality of that Cave.

Surah 18:9 Or deemest thou that the People of the Cave and the Inscription are a wonder among Our portents?

The Ashaab al-Kaaf are these big AwliyaaAllah { The Men of God/ Allah who ran away from the tricks and snares of Shaytan and are Men in the Eyes of God/ Allah}.

There are seven in the presence of the one, and that one is Sayyidina al-Mahdi (as); the seven eternal realities that are being dressed by that reality and we are asking, "Yaa Rabbee, we are not going to be from those seven, but we are asking to accompany those seven," to accompany the Ashaab al-Kaaf, and that is the Cave that we are asking to enter into. We are asking to enter into that reality and that is why the dress of Hayba begins to shake us and perfect us.

Surah 18: 10 Ith awa alfityatu ilaalkahfi faqaloo rabbana atina minladunka rahmatan *wahayyi*/ lana min amrinarashada When the young men fled for refuge to the Cave and said: Our Lord! Give us mercy from Thy presence, and shape for us right conduct in our plight.

With Allah's Might and Majesty, how can we enter into that Cave with bad characteristics? So then, this month (Safar) comes and begins to cleanse and perfect us.

And we look to the right hand and our right hand is stamped with a "one" and an upside-down "V" which in Arabic (numerals) is eighteen 1/\ . So then our right hand is stamped with that eighteen. Allah Azzah wa jal is teaching us that you have been created for that reality. You have been created to serve that reality; eighteenth

The eighteenth name of *IsmAllah (Names of Allah) is Al-Fattah (The Opener).

*Sayyidina Muhammad (s) is ar-Rahmah (The Compassionate), Nabi ar-Rahmah. *

And Mawlana Shaykh's teaching is that everything from the Divine Presence opens in a direction. And for us that opening has to dress Prophet (s), from Prophet (s) it dresses the other prophets, dresses the holy Companions, dresses awliyaaAllah and then dresses all of Creation. There has to be a direction through which emanations are flowing. So if we want al-Fattah, and we want the Attribute of the Opening, then Allah Azzah wa jal is directing us to be with Nabi ar-Rahmah. "Be with the one incharge of that Rahmah, who is the manifestation of that Rahmah, and he is Rahma tun 'lil `alameen (Mercy for all Creations), Sayyidina Muhammad (s)."

Surah 18:13 We narrate unto thee their story with truth. Lo! they were young men who believed in their Lord, and We increased them in guidance.

So then they begin to describe that characteristic of Rahmah from the Cave and to be with Ashaab al-Kaaf, and to open that reality of eighteen, and to open that reality of good characteristics.

The Cave of Mercy Surah 18:16 Wa-ithi Atazaltumoohum wamaya budoona illa Allaha fa/woo ila alkahfi yanshur lakum rabbukum min rahmatihi wayuhayyi/lakum minamrikum mirfaqa And when ye withdraw from them and that which *they worship except Allah*, then *seek refuge in the Cave;* your Lord will spread for you of His mercy and will prepare for you a pillow in your plight.

Mawlana Shaykh is teaching that everything about that Cave is different than our dunya material life. Everything from the reality of Ashaab al-Kahf is different than what we understand in the material world. And all they are preparing for us, is to have patience; have patience with good characteristics, this life will throw many tests at us and all that we are being asked is to have good character during the testing.

If we can have good character during the testing, then inshaAllah Allah Azzah wa jal will save us and make us to be with Ashaab al-Kaaf and to move into the reality of the Cave and begin to open up the reality of the third month. And the third month of Mawlid un-Nabi is to be in the presence of Rahmah tun 'lil `alaameen, celebrating that light and that reality.

We pray that in this month we be protected through difficulties and calamaties and that Allah Azzah wa jal will be happy with us, Prophet (s) be happy with us, awliyaaAllah be happy with us and guide us, and dress us from their lights and dress us from their blessings and that they take away our bad characteristics and dress us from characteristics that Allah Azzah wa jal is pleased with. So we pray we can move into the reality of that Cave inshaAllah.

Subhaana Rabbika Rabbil izzatim amaa yasifoon wa salaamun `alal mursaleen wa
'l-hamdulillahi Rabbil `alaameen. Al-Fatihah.

What do we really Worship, Money, Golden Calf, Health

Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi
January, 2011

Assalamu `alaykum warahmatullahi wa barakatuh,

What Do We Worship?

Is it gold the Golden Calf , Health , Fame

Hasbun-Allah, Rabbun-Allah and The Level of Faith in Coming Days..

9:40 Holy Quran for Allah did indeed help him, when the Unbelievers drove him out: he had no more than one companion; they two were in the cave, and he said to his companion, "Have no fear, for Allah is with us": then Allah sent down His peace upon him, and strengthened him with forces which ye saw not,  [ Secrets of the Cave ]

Aoodhu billahi min ashaytaani 'r-rajeem Bismillahi 'r-Rahmaahi 'r-Raheem

From the teachings of Madad al Haqq Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani.

They are the shaykhs, they are the guide. They are the perfected ones, and we are not a shaykh, not a guide, not a perfected one. And we always ask for their madad, abidoona bi maddadi-kum,  that they gaze upon us and they pray upon us, and they send their madad and support. And without their madad and support we cease to exist.

We try our best to enter this ocean of nothingness and move towards our Lords satisfaction and our Lords pleasure. Alhamdulillah a new year is opening and a new journey is beginning. Every journey that ends has a new beginning. And by the grace of Allah Azzaz wa jal and through Mawlana Shaykh, in each journey they wish only the best for us. They wish for us to push a little harder and move a little deeper into those realities of our Lords pleasure, so that the life we live if it does not grow, it has no benefit.

They say it’s better to be in the dirt if you do not grow spiritually. If our life is only to eat and drink and go to the bathroom, than we are no different to animals, which are in abundance. It means that Mawlana Shaykh
only wishes the best for us, to excel and to push ourselves harder to move into that reality. And as that push begins, it becomes more and more difficult, it begins to push against everything that dunya is about and dunya understands. Wa jaa al Haqq wa zahaakal batil, that noorul Haqq, its not so abundant. Its very Rare light, the light of Truth.

Many of us believe that we live in that Truth, that we have been raised within that Truth and still yet Mawlana Shaykh's teaching is that you have no understanding about that Truth. So we come across many people who say, "O Shaykh my whole family have been Naqshbandi and all my relatives were mu'minand believers."

O you who believe, believe, yaa ayyuhaladeena aamaanoo, aamaanoo. It means that a day is coming now, where the level of belief is such that even the belief of our relatives is not going to be sufficient for the belief that we have to have for what is coming of difficulties. So then immediately the people of negation, negate all of that. "O my mother and my father and my relatives knew nothing." That counts for nothing. What my Lord
wants from me now, is very specific to these times. So that we take a path of negation . Because many people are going to use a little bit of knowledge, and have a tremendous amount of difficulty.

I think there is an expression, "God bless the meek." It means the concept of admitting that I know nothing and just to be empty, "Fill me my Lord with Your realities." And that reality can begin to dress us and that what ever they are teaching, we are running towards that. A little bit of understanding can taint that whole co-ordinance. And then they bring that information in, they bounce it around with what little they know, what
little experience they have had and say, " we know that is not right. It’s incorrect. This is not what is supposed to be happening." And that door of faith that we have to move towards is very difficult.

And everything about Mawlana Shaykh’s (teachings) is trying to dress us with that Reality. Most of what people worship today - we are not comfortable on this subject, because nobody likes it (smiling), is money, and they don't admit it. And they have been worshipping a false god from the time of Nabi Musa (as). And as we said before from Mawlana Shaykh's teaching, Nabi Musa (as) was taking his people to the Promised Land, but people were concerned about: “How are we going to transport our gold, their wealth? You are
telling us to leave all of that, where is the Promised Land? How are we going to take all of this." And many times Mawlana Shaykh's teaching for us is that it is very difficult. And Nabi Musa is teaching us that these
awliyaaAllah are coming into our lives to perfect our faith, to take away all the false gods, all the false desires that we may know or not know of that exist.

And they begin to tug, and they pull on different things in a different direction and see what happens with us. It means that a true believer, and our example goes to Mawlana Shaykh, what ever comes to them and flows from them, they don't blink. That is our goal to reach, not that we are like that. That is why there is always a disclaimer that we are nothing compared to that. But you have to have an understanding of faith, that, what comes to them and flows from them, nothing disturbs them. Their heart is in submission; their love is for Allah Azzah wa jal. So when they pray, their prayer is purely out of love of Divine Presence, love for Sayyidina Muhammad and all those that are holy.

They come into our lives and they begin to point out that they can see what we can't see, they sense what we can't sense, because Allah is sending to them; that perfect that faith, perfect the faith of these people; that which they are bowing down to, is their possessions. They have these possessions, and you find them to be praying but they are actually praying to get more of those possessions. We think we are praying like this, alhamdulillah, alhamdulillah (All thanks to Allah) because there was a raise and money came in, products came in and life is good. And then the example that the Divine gives is that, "look towards the prophets and saints and pious people, you will be tried as they were tried." "And you will be tested with your life and your money and your family and with everything to see what your faith is really made from. So if they pull something from our life, do you find yourself praying as easy as you were doing before that? Or does it become more difficult at that time?

And they teach us that you hold dunya like this (holding prayer beads up), I guess their teaching is that: "We are people of contemplation," so we go back and begin to contemplate what they are talking about. So, you hold your dunya like this (beads up), if today he (someone sitting beside) comes and pulls it (drops from hand), it falls. That means the heart is not attached to anything, it came, alhamdulillah, and if it went, alhamdulillah and still my connection, my focus is with my Lord. If sickness comes, I pray, if death and difficulty comes, I am praying, if wealth and poverty comes, I am praying and they take us to that level of perfection. And they want to point out to us, "That which you worship is not really Allah yet, so we are coming into your lives to bring that reality," and that is what people don't understand. So people go away saying, "Why are these people like this, why do they always ask for money, why are they always tearing down our goods and possessions, they make us feel uncomfortable for owning anything, for having anything."  And they say; "No you are more than welcome to have whatever you like, you can enjoy whatever Allah Azzah wa jal is giving from the bounty." But their duty is to come into our lives and balance what is in the heart and what is in your being. You can have many things, but they shouldn't be entering into your heart; they should not be making you and breaking you. The only thing that should make you and break you is the Divine. If He is happy, we are happy, if He is sad, you can't even breathe on your carpet. You don't know how to repent and to seek His forgiveness.

So then they come into our lives and many of us have the same and many have slightly different (concerns). So they come into our lives and they begin to tug, to test you, "Do like this, do like that, give like this, give like
that," and then you find your dunya is not like this (holds beads up) but our dunya is like this (tight grasp on beads), and there is such a tug and pull to give from it, to walk away from it, to release ourselves from it, that, there is a burn mark on our hands (from keeping a tight grasp).

And this is the same in every aspect of life. We are not always talking about money, we are talking about everything. There are people who come and ask questions about difficulties in court, or difficulties in divorce,
difficulty in relationship, difficulties in health, all of that when we are holding, and the shaykhs come and give us guidance that, "Submit, release it, don't worry about it," you take the medicine you have, if you have it, you don't have to fret over it. Then you can't even pray, you are stressed out about what you have to do, go to twenty different doctors to resolve it.  What you have is what you have, sit down on your carpet and pray.

9:51 Holy Quran Say: "Nothing will happen to us except what Allah has decreed for us: He is our protector": and on Allah let the Believers put their trust.

Then they begin to show us, *" Eh, you have a difficult time now," so if they pull your money, you don't feel like praying. "O I am very depressed, I can't pray right now."* A death or calamity comes, "I can't pray." So then it wasn't Allah that you were worshipping; it was these things. As long as the things are there, you say "I am good with you yaa Rabbee." And then you keep praying to improve those things.

Then they come into our lives and take our health away. These are all just examples, because people may think: "O he just wants to talk about money," Mawlana Shaykh says, "It is everything that we are attached to." They take your health away and you become so depressed, you can't pray. "Yaa Rabbee, I thought you promised me good health." He says: “Who promised you good health? Look at all the prophets, they went through tremendous difficulties. Many saints were under unbelievable difficulties.

9:123 Holy Quran   Of their goods, take alms, that so thou mightest purify and sanctify them; and pray on their behalf. Verily thy prayers are a source of security for them: And Allah is One Who heareth and knoweth.

We were watching a very sad movie of a German nun, and they were in the habit of wrapping things around themselves with spikes and they don't even show it. And when you look at them they looked normal and were always fasting, inflicting on themselves tremendous difficulty. They take a path of hardship, coming against their ego to make sure their worshiping is solely for the Divine and not for the pleasures of the flesh and body. And awliyaaAllah come and say, "Not even the pleasure of the soul." Don't worship Allah asking for Paradise. Say "Yaa Rabbee, if You throw me in hell, I will be happy, if You throw me in Paradise, I will be happy, whatever Your will for me, I am trying to be happy. Just grant me Your Holy Face.”

So they come into our lives and begin to pull all these things from us. *Some people, when you pull from their money, they start to go crazy and they become extremely angry*, unbelievable characteristics come out. A test of health, and they lose themselves, running around looking for a solution. How may people we know off that have been given the understanding that death is coming and they spend their last time searching for ten more days or sixty more days, instead of enjoying the sixty days that they have been told?

So then they come into our lives to bring these realities out to perfect our reality. So then they pull something from us and we have been through many tests with Mawlana Shaykh, that they pull all that and you find yourself saying, “I can't pray.” And then you sit on your carpet and you start to realize that. "Why did that affect me?" Why the thought of losing that or all my tests that come, "Why is it affecting me?" And then in our
consciousness we begin to realize that Allah Azzah wa jal is saying that, "That, was in your heart and that is why you were worshipping Me." It’s like having a beautiful wife and you don't know if she is with you for you or is she with you for the money? Or, having a husband and  that is the same (question). To Allah Azzah wa jal, Mawlana Shaykh is saying, “Its like ghairat “ in English it is "jealous." At some point you are approaching very close, let’s see what really this love is?

So then they start to pull these different issues in our life. And lets see the level of submission, (if you say) “O I want to walk away from that contract.” If you can still pray and meditate then it did not affect your heart. And your Lord is pleased with you. "Don't worry about this sickness and this difficulty, instead of running around like crazy trying to find a solution, just submit and see if you can still pray, then your Lord will be happy. And so then even your health is not in your heart, even your wealth is not in your heart, none of these things are in your heart, and really all that is left in your heart is My love.” And they begin to take us towards
the perfection of our faith.

9:111 Holy Quran Allah hath purchased of the believers their persons and their goods; for theirs (in return) is the garden (of Paradise): ...

And that is why then, when people come to tariqa, they don't understand. They say, *"O when I joined these guys, I lost my job, I lost my wife and my car."* I got a guy like that in Michigan, he said, "I lost my job and my car got re-possessed. I don't know what kind of path this is, I am completely leaving it and I don't ever want to see it again."  And Mawlana Shaykh was saying that its not in tariqa, *we are not a re-possession company*, that as soon as you join in that we re-possess, but you are stepping on a path of reality and asking your Lord to perfect your faith. And your Lord is saying just like Sayyidina Ayub/Job (as), who had everything, “I will test him and I can always restore it, and give it all back at a later date, but as I pull it, I want to see the calibre and the quality of being that you are. If I pull something out of your life, you become completely crazy, lose your mind, become belligerent and an unbelievable characteristic? What happened to the softness, the love and the sincerity?” So without that testing we don't know what we are made of.

And Allah Azzah wa jal knows what we are made off. But He wants to show us what we are made off. He says, "You keep thinking you are like this, lets open and take an inventory." And then as soon as you open the self, what do we find? *There is all shattered glass; that is this the stuff I was made off?* “You tested me with this and I became angry. And as soon as you tested me with that” and I became sad. As soon as you tested me with this, I can't even move towards my carpet to meditate, to contemplate and to pray.”

And then Mawlana Shaykh is teaching us, this is not tariqa. Tariqa is going to come and not because it is tariqa and to do it, but we are moving towards a perfection that the Divine is going to begin to pull these things from our life and see what you are made off and what you believe in. And as soon as that faith begins to perfect itself, it is the only thing that will save us.

So we were talking the other day after Jumu'ah, about the concept of fearing Allah. If we don't pass this level, where Hasbun-Allah, Rabbun-Allah: that my faith and trust is in Allah, your Lord is Allah. It means He is in
complete control of my life. If He puts it back in, I am trying not to be as excited as possible, but I am trying to be consistent. Without that perfection in life, then imagine a scenario that tomorrow on television they put out on the news that everybody is going to die unless they take this shot. They are debating what is fear of Allah? You say, "I don't have fear of Allah, Allah is very loving."

So consciousness of Allah is not necessarily fear, or to be punished, but to trust only in Allah Azzah wa jal, which is very difficult. It means in times of difficulty and severe levels of testing, when somebody comes and says: "O everybody is going to get sick. Everybody will have dog flu now, unless you come and take this shot, you are going to die in sixty days." What happens at that time if the faith is not perfected?

They come back into our lives and teach us, "Did you think that that TV determines your life and your death?" Because it wants to, that one-eyed TV wants to control what you think and what you believe and then Allah answers back, "Is that the one that gives you life and death, or do I give you life and death?" But that is a faith that somebody has to have. We have to be tested through that to reach towards that. And, "Did you think that you have that sickness and they inject you with the dog's shot, that you did not have to begin with, and they inject you with that, you are going to live? Or do I determine your life and your death?"

It means that these are what we are mentioning in the last days, difficulties are coming that need an unbelievable level of faith; where your faith and your trust is in Allah Azzah wa jal. Allah Azzah wa jal says, "You are not doing anything wrong, you don't need to worry about it, recite on your water, that is enough for you. Don't worry if you are to be alive, you are going to be alive. If you are to be dead, all the shots in the world won't give you another day.” Because there are days of difficulties coming that people can't imagine. The television and media is going to determine who is going to be living and who is going to be dying and who is going to be sick, because they operate, Shaytan operates through fear. Shaytan puts a fear and then grants you a solution. For people of Imaan, their solution is only Allah Azzah wa jal.

And that is why Allah Azzah wa jal says, "Fear no one but Me." Not like in poetry or philosophy that I do not fear anyone, but the threat is real, the danger is real. "Yaa Rabbee, how am I going to reach to a level where I
completely put my trust in You, when all sorts of craziness is around me? And how do I really know that You are the one who is going to heal me? All of this is really nice but do I really know you are there?" Then they begin to come into our lives and perfect that faith. They begin to pull all of these things that are in our heart, bring us down, collapse us, crush us, until that perfection of light begins to grow when we know we taste it, we feel it, we sense it and we smell it, and with a certainty you know it. At that level of yaqeen and certainty, is the only level of safety to reach towards that reality.

9:119 Holy Quran: O ye who believe! Be careful of your duty to Allah, and be with the truthful.

We pray that that reality opens for us, that Prophet (s) opens for us and the awliyaaAllah open for us, and the reason we repeat it, is so that we can repeat it to other people, because other people have a very superficial
understanding of tariqa. And they say, "Why are they like this, why do they do like that, why is it that as soon as you join them everything collapses like this?" And you say: "Hey man, this way is very real. That is the exact proof its reality." That as soon as you join them, the testing begins, it is not a poetry class and not a philosophy class from a professor at school. It is very real, the minute you step in saying I am moving towards that reality, Allah Azzah wa jal says, "It is accepted." Now the testing begins, lets pull, what is that game that the kids have, where everything is built on these straws, Jenga. We have many games with the same name, where all this garbage is built on these sticks and they are there pulling these sticks from under us, pulling them out, pulling them out, pulling them out! Don’t worry if you loose too many sticks, Allah can add them back at a later time, it's not difficult. But let us pull them out and see what this guy is made off? Is he sweet or he becomes sour and difficult?

So we pray that we remain sweet through our testing. And that Allah does not test us beyond our ability, and their madad and support always dresses us and that we are under their support and they bless us. And Sultan
al-Awliyaa, Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Nazim al-Haqqani, Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani, Mawlana Shaykh Adnan Kabbani illa sharafee Nabee sallahu alayhi wa sallam, wa aalihi wa ashaabi hil kiraam, illa tariqatun Naqshbandiyya khaasatun roohi Imaami tariqati gawthi khaliqati Khawaaja Bahaudin Naqshbandi Uwwaisi al Bukhari, madad al Shaykh Abdullah Faiz ad-Dhagestani, wa Shaykh Muhammad Nazim al-Haqqani, wa Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani, Shaykh Adnan Kabbani, Mawlana Shaykh Abdul Khaliq al Ghudjwani, Saahib az-Zamaan Sayyidina Muhammad Mahdi (as), ruhullah Sayyidina Isa (as), wa
saairi wa sidiqeena al-Fatihah.

9:129 Holy Quran Now, if they turn away (O Muhammad) say: Allah sufficeth me. There is no Allah save Him. In Him have I put my trust, and He is Lord of the Tremendous Throne.

Peace and Blessings
Eternally

Love for the Guide

A`udhu billahi min ash-shaytaan ir-rajeem
Bismillahi 'r-Rahmani 'r-Raheem

Our way and direction is to follow the path of the most distinguished Naqshbandi Tariqat (spiritual path).  The path that has been laid in this era by the master of our time Mawlana Shaykh Nazim Haqqani and his beloved Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani.  Everyone is free to choose what they do with their life and a passageway they prefer from this life to the afterlife.  We believe our ship of safety in this world is to follow our captain.  Our obedience to their teachings is our safety.  Any situation our master will put us through is the correct way.  How one follows cannot only be achieved through obedience, perseverance, and patience.  An element that governs them all is love.  You may hear someone tell you due to one’s action that they are blinded by love.  Then admit you are blind.  We are blind and our Guide can see.  That is the level of belief we are trying to accomplish in order to truly experience love.

What is Love? Our Master Mawlana Shaykh Hisham once explained.  Love is to feel what the one you love is feeling.  When they are experiencing pain in any part of their body than you experience the same in your body.  What they are feeling you are feeling.  Anything affecting them is also transferred to you.  You are annihilated in their love.  You become a mirror image of whom you love.  To follow a Master is not easy and even more difficult when we are not governed by love but our ego.  To give your hand to them and take an oath to pursue their wisdom is not a short term commitment.  It is a lifetime commitment.  It is like someone is being rescued in the middle of the ocean.  The teacher reaches out and grabs you up into his ship and saves you from the stormy oceans.  He is guiding the ship to reach the destination of safety.   That ship is the spiritual path.  All you have to do is to hold on and do not let go.

We cannot illustrate or even begin to understand the sacrifices these guides make for the love of their Creator and beloved Prophet (pbuh).  Whatever we may describe is always falling short of the true reality.  They sacrifice for the benefit of their students and want nothing but the best for them.  That best is for the eternal life and the life of this world which is coming to an end one day.  These Guides have dedicated their entire lives to this spiritual path.  They give up their time, wealth, privacy, and family life for the sake of their Lord.  It is the greatness of God that he has created this reciprocal relationship; you cannot love me until you love all that I have created.  They carry the burdens of their followers.  These are all our bad behaviors, bad manners, and sins which they clean us from and give us positive energy.  They are bringing those difficulties on to themselves and Allah is granting them power to carry our burdens.  Imagine if one person comes to talk to you about their problem from something small or big.  It will leave you heavy in your heart for days and affects your daily life.  How are these saints listening to thousands of people and everyone is coming with an issue.  Everyone is seeking a resolution from these saints and these guides are raising their hands to pray for them.  Overtime they find their problems to go away slowly and their lives are filling with blessings.  These Guides show the best of manners in treating everyone equally and always receive you with a smile.  People come and throw rocks at them they return with flowers.  They return with their pure prayers and ask forgiveness on their behalf.  When one’s goal is the love of their lord, prophet, and master then they embrace every difficulty with a smile. Their prayers become as God says in the holy Quran: (6:161) “Say: Lo! my worship and my sacrifice and my living and my dying are for Allah, Lord of the Worlds.”  They have a pure intention that has an upward movement to the Creator.  It does not leave any room for the material world.  They are not in need of anything from us.  We are in need of them to bring out the seeds of love which God had created us with in the first place.

Our Masters have love that is not only on their tongue but every cell of their body is in action to give that blessing.  It does not stop there until we are receiving from their heart the endless oceans of love.  That is the love they have toward us.  How then do we define the love we have to have for our Guides? It cannot be defined.  However high we will reach to show that love we cannot give its true right.  In our everyday life how appreciative we are when someone favors us.  It can be as simple as holding a door for someone or letting someone pass on the road.  We are grateful and return the favor to others.  How do you return a favor when someone has sacrificed their entire life for the benefit of his followers?  We have neither the words nor the actions to accomplish such a task.  We are indebted and can offer nothing but imitate their ways and be of service to them.  Hoping for that understanding to open in our hearts to truly experience love. Help and support them with all means God has granted us.  That support is for our benefit as we are falling short on our promise.  Love for our Guide is a taste each and everyone has to experience in their journey.  But first, have unconditional love.  Love that does not want anything in return.  That love will lead you to the love of Prophet and to the love of Lord of creation.
